Pros

A business that truly walks the talk! The way they present the business and its culture during a job interview is truly what you will experience when joining the company. They genuinely care about and invest in their employees, providing multiple resources around training and development. Very competitive pay and benefits. The XO (management board) stays closely aligned to what is happening on the workfloor and are very approachable.

Cons

It is a fast growing business, facing all typical challenges that come with it. However, this is not a con as Precima can definitely handle and overcome those challenges!

Pros

Precima has created a truly unique culture of quirky, driven intellectuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. In this fast-growing division of a solid global company, opportunities abound for professional development, both upward and laterally. The work is dynamic, challenging and highly collaborative, and turnover is extremely low. Senior leaders are accessible and personally invested in their teams, with transparency around major business decisions and strategies.

Cons

As we expand globally, our remote offices can feel a bit disconnected. Business development also seems to have slowed in the US - recent focus is more on Europe and Asia.
