      Given the continued growth of the organization, there are many opportunities for associates to grow and develop as part of a fast-paced and collaborative team. Teamwork is a foundational competency of the organization and management empowers individuals and teams to drive the development of end-state solutions. I couldn't be happier with the 5+ years I have spent as a part of the team at various levels of the business, and believe that the organization is well positioned to continue growing over the next 5

      Like any growth company, work/life balance can be a challenge during some projects. Having said that, Precima is focused on maintaining balance and it contributes to the 'work hard, play hard' social culture of the team

      Pros

      - Management puts an emphasis on developing all employees, even at the co-op/intern level. - Precima has fantastic recognition systems already in place. Perform well and be rewarded in a variety of different ways. - Team leads and managers value employees who run start to finish with a project. If you put good work into a project, expect to get full exposure to the client receiving your work. - Precima values those who work hard, but moreso those who work smart. 40 hour work weeks are very much so the norm. - Corporate culture is beyond fantastic.

      Cons

      - Fast moving nature of Precima makes it tough to keep up with ever expanding network of colleagues.
