      Being able to help patients through good and bad days.

      Always understaffed and overworked, dealing with extreme behaviors and little to none support from admin.

      Pros

      Local leadership is awesome, room to grow, great team work. PrairieCare has awesome nursing leadership and an amazing CNO, also the PrairieCare CEO is wonderful and creates and awesome culture.

      Cons

      While local leaders are top notch, it can sometimes feel like the hospital (in particular) and the populations served are misunderstood from out of state corporate leadership.
