Pros
Interesting Projects Nice office amenities Great healthcare benefits
Cons
Well known that they overwork their employees, specially marketing coordinators, graphic designers and entry level employees. Late nights and weekend work is no stranger to anyone making work-life balance nearly impossible. The Principal architects I worked with, for the most part, are rude and disrespectful. They are not market leaders, they use other people’s work to claim their leadership status and never give credit where it is due. Managers look miserable and everyone seems to bond over being exhausted, like “at least we are all overworked together!” Internally HR sides with leadership. Zero time dedicated to training because everyone is always too busy to help. They need more staff but went through two separate layoffs during the pandemic which only increased many employee’s responsibilities when they were already drowning. Not much advancement opportunity long term.
