      Pros

      Most of the staff were really nice and the work environment was pleasant. The job was interesting some of the time.

      Cons

      So much bitchiness at times. Also it is frankly just odd that an organization now has so much upper level staff. Staff loyalty is a good thing as are internal promotions but it is odd when you are not hiring anymore entry level staff. It looks unbalanced

      Pros

      Population Connection offers staff a great deal of autonomy and independence in carving out their roles. Staff members are valued for their individual contributions to the team and overall mission. Excellent compensation.

      Cons

      You should thrive working independently. This is the place for self-starters.
