Pros

If you want to go to conferences, presentations, etc. during work hours, Population Connections is the place for you. All employees go to those events without getting glares from their boss.

Cons

They are not good at delegating tasks. I think the Communication team and the Education team are really busy with creating factsheets and education materials, but I am not sure about other ones.

Pros

Organization has very important advocacy focus, mission driven.

Cons

Culture is a bit toxic, senior staff can be downright rude - don’t expect an “open door policy” but this varies. Overall good mission but another non profit doing very little about their lack of diversity in leadership.
