Pros
Great co-workers, helpful, friendly, and fun to work with. We get a happy hour from time to time where we get free food and drink.
Cons
In order to advance within the company or get a pay raise, you have to put in your two week notice and threaten to leave. By doing this, you'll get promoted into roles that never existed to others that didn't threaten to leave. Associate employees are not given anything; they are not valued and are treated as if they can be replaced in a heartbeat. They are given no benefits, no 401k, no vacation time, no raises, they aren't given reviews, they aren't allowed to set goals to reach, absolutely nothing but an hourly pay rate that never changes from year to year. There is also extremely high turnover with this company, being an associate or a colleague, manager or non-manager, we have lost almost all our management team within the last 5 years. There is an extremely low morale within the company due to the turnover rate, losing clients left and right, and not being valued by anyone.
