Pros
I enjoy what I actually do as my job and feel appreciated by the client I'm supporting. I have also made a lot of connections with really good people while I've been with Pontoon.
Cons
Training for new hires at least on my team is minimal. People are leaving but the positions are not getting backfilled, so many people on my team are over worked. Also if you're looking to move up to a director or VP position here, don't if you want to keep your job. I can't even count on two hands the amount of positions that have been "eliminated", which is really just used as an excuse to get good people out the door. If you aren't connected with the correct key people, you're out of luck and on the chopping block. Even people who have been with the company for over a decade aren't safe. It seems like everything is done not thinking about the people, but just to hit a certain budget and make the books look good. They don't care who gets hurt along the way.
