- CEO WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR SUGGESTIONS! If he doesn't understand your idea, he won't ask a question, he will dismiss you like you're an idiot.
- Be ready to get berated by the CEO in front of everyone for the littlest things ever.
- CEO claims this is a startup culture but refuses to listen to employee suggestions or allow remote work when all our tasks can be done from ANYWHERE.
- CEO always begging for 5 star reviews and says if we aren't 5 star then let's talk and change it but then he talks over you. He asks you a question then tries to answer it himself.
- Everyone is terrified to try to improve the company for fear of being ridiculed by the owner in front of everyone. You can pretty much guarantee you'll see someone cry everyday.
- Teams are super cliquish and lots of smack talk behind peoples' back.
