Forcing "office culture" 3/5 days mandatory while cutting office costs (got rid of 1/3 office space in mid 2025) Layoffs April 2025 (remaining load split between the rest with no raise) since the beginning 2025 majority of benefits were revoked. Yearly events either cancelled or poorly organized. Underpaid wages. Not option to negotiate salary raise after annual review, If you're lucky you got 3%. "Exceeding expectations" gives you nothing. Promotion to management positions can be only inherited. Toxic HR, never admits their faults. Hiring unqualified idiots with documented mental health issues and passing it off as a diversity quota - unbelievable. The first one to complain to HR - wins the argument.
