Very long hours ,no basic ,don't get your own area until you have been there a while you will travel up and down the country for 12p a mile and they think that's reasonable, they don't have a clue, managers shouldn't be managers they just like the idea of being one. This company is like most companies out there, badly run, disorganized and no idea of how things should work in the real world This is a job for people who are desperate to work as otherwise they would not do it. It doesn't even pay the average national wage which is peanuts. They have adopted the pay peanuts you get monkeys. Anyone considering this job it is not worth getting out of bed for.There are the odd decent job out there. There staff attrition rate is appalling, nobody stays longer than 3_6 months. Also as you will see in other reviews you need to use your own car with the obvious wear and tear This company also writes to employees who left the company and had worked for them for six months to ask them back
