Low mileage expenses. Bad management. Terrible customer service. Favouritism between managers and reps, not a fair chance employer. No staff development. Bad working hours. In effect a commission only job, should you not hit monthly target they take money off your "salary" per % you are under so in effect you can end up with minimum wage but have worked 50-60 hrs a week and earn basic wage, nowhere near advertised "salary". The company mail shots it's entire customer base three times a year offering a "gift" from the company to "celebrate" something or other and a tasting of their new spring, summer or Xmas wine range. The problem with that being reps are only ever given gifts to appointments made for that weeks work. The gifts run out after 3-4 weeks and the rest of the customers are left constantly complaining, a reps nightmare as they get the brunt of it and can often loose customers over it.
