      They encourage trainings, they encourage your dreams/desires, they care about the land/conservation.

      Cons

      If you don't work well with freedom, this isn't for you. You have to be driven and a self starter. You have to care about your work!

      A great way to gain experience with USDA programs when you might not qualify for employment through USAjobs.

      None, I fully enjoyed my time with PF and had great leadership and support.
