The first 5 years were great, everyone on my team was steadily growing and developing new skills, lots of work but it was worth it and we delivered results. When they brought in new leadership from Wally World, bodies started dropping and it was impossible to maintain the workload. People who were highly respected were treated like children by the inexperienced senior directors trying to make a name for themselves by gaslighting the best people to squeeze them out.
