Mostly remote work can get old.

I enjoy the upbeat and energetic energy that is shown from the leadership and how easy it is to talk to them. I feel comfortable to speak with management at anytime with an open line of communication. They seem to really care about my well being. Flexibility and Freedom. Rapid growth seems pretty inevitable with the right work ethic and attitude while being willing to learn.I love the environment of positive people that I work with & how much fun we do have outside of work together from the team night, breakfasts and dinners. I now have the ability to determine my own worth.

I wish I knew more and I have to take notes quite a bit. I'm learning to do that more now more than ever. I've seen that if people aren't willing to take notes they end up on the short end of their goals. Its take some really strong work ethic or else it's just going to workout. The challenge is keeping a positive outlook when things don't always go my way.
