They put a lot of effort into deceiving applicants I'll give them that.
Cons
I hope my review saves the time of other potential applicants.
The actual job is setting up a kiosk in a large store (for example Walmart or Sams Club) and trying to sell the service of a third party that hires Persevere to "market" for them. This information is not provided to you until the interview, and even then, prying is required to get to the bottom of what you will actually be doing day to day.

Hi "Misleading Description/Fake Reviews". Thank you for your feedback on our company but we are unsure if you actually worked for our company as well as where the misleading is as some of the feedback you have listed is incorrect about our company. We strive to be as transparent as possible. You state you worked with our entry-level sales and marketing, which is what we do. Marketing by definition is promotion of a product or service in the effort to sell the product and/or service. Also, we do not work inside of Walmart. We do encourage individuals to do their research prior to coming in for an interview but we will also gladly answer any questions someone may have. Prior to coming in for an interview, we do inform each candidate what they will be doing to make sure their career goals align with our job duties for the positions. We also conduct a multi-step interview process to be clear as to what we do and what a potential employee will be doing each day. Also, you have stated that our reviews are fake. I am not sure if you are aware of Glassdoor's review policies. Glassdoor has multiple things in place to verify that a review is authentic such as tracking IP addresses and email addresses.
I came into this job with very little experience in sales. They gave me the tools I needed to really succeed and become profitable for the company. I was promoted to marketing development manager within 6 weeks, so there is a lot of room for growth within this company. Lastly, the work culture is something I was really looking for in a company. This is my first job out of college and I wanted to work for a company that had an upbeat and face-paced company culture.
Cons
We are required to work one day on the weekend and that was hard for me at first. With that being said, there is much more traffic in the stores which calls for more sales.

Cons
You have to work one weekend day, but you do receive a weekday off. You are on your feet a lot When you first start, but the more advancement you get the less you’re on your feet.
