Pros

Benefits are pretty decent: 4 weeks PTO 5% 401k match Healthcare plans seemed to be on par with other companies I've worked for.

Cons

I don't really identify myself as a Peraton employee because I have so little interaction with Peraton mgmt. My contract requires us to work on customer location and we work in teams mixed with Fed employees. I've been told this is pretty uncommon. When asked, I normally just say I work for . I normally wouldn't care but it can be an issue when your contract has limited funds for salary increases because it is difficult to show your value to a Peraton manager that could have little understanding of your value compared to your peers.

Pros

remote work, PTO was 4 weeks

Cons

managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
