Pros
The company is amazing but lacks the leadership to retain talent that is vested in the company's interests. Should spend more money to keep current dedicated employees in and less recruiting new resources. Its waste.
Cons
Lacking vision for customers interests. As a boasted leader in the industry, you should not be providing /selling /solutioning legacy solutions. As a leader you should be pursuing the best infra, applications and next generation solutions for customers. Customers need repeatable, deployable offerings and do not need employees learning on the job.
