Pros
Supervisor's listen to and are proactive with their employees. Benefits are great !!! Opportunity to move up if you work hard and show up on time.
Cons
Due to lack of manning, the company is forced to push employees to work as many hours as humanly possible. It is a great first job for a young veteran fresh out of the military.
