      Pros

      The people are great. The work is exciting. Lots of transition but what company isn't going through some sort of transition during these Covid times. I would recommend this company to anyone. Especially in the consulting IT arena. Every idea is welcome. As an employee I can stay the onboarding was flawless. Dynamic, growing and enthusiastic management and employees.

      Cons

      Growth is unbelievable. Experiencing growing pains but handling them with grace and dignity.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.
