Large scope of experience. You get see to see many areas of the business hands on. You’ll get an understanding of sales, service, quality & manufacturing.
Cons
Poor management, lack of internal promotion. Only internal promotion comes for those already in higher management positions. Most other positions are filled from outside hires.
