      Not a job for a family man

      Pros

      It is a job but the management is all about the bonus they can get and dont care about the employees. They are home everyday with their family but do not care about you or yours.

      Cons

      The money is not good enough to spend all of your time there. They run machine so fast h can not hardley keep up. And bonus checks are very poor unless you are in management.

      Night shift employees get a 10% differential Consistent work schedule 1 week paid-1 week unpaid vacation time when starting and 2 weeks paid-1 week unpaid after 1 year of working there Decent pay + overtime Okish benefits Very nice management staff

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, not much time to enjoy life Oily work environments Decent amount of racist operators You have to work there 10 YEARS to get 3 weeks paid vacation and then ANOTHER 10 to get 4 weeks paid vacation.

      -The worst when it comes to vacation days. You are forced to keep 3 of your days to the end of the year shut down. Let a lone you only get 10 days for the whole year. -Very slow personal developments
