Overtime available but poor management and safety concerns - Machine Operator PennEngineering Employee Review

Pay is poor relative to similar factories. Fixed shift premiums (not percentage) and have not been raised in 20 years. Poor management. Keep changing focus and direction. Very focused on short term goals with no long term planning. Workload can be overwhelming when busy.. Very lax on safety and environment.
