Pros
I worked at Peloton prior to the pandemic in a leadership position and enjoyed it very much. Prior to the IPO, the company was growing rapidly and enjoying much success. The culture was one of community and really trying to deliver to customers.
Cons
The company was still trying to figure a lot of things out so it was like building the airplane while flying it. You just had to be prepared to deal with that but overall I really enjoyed my time there.
