Smart coworkers, solid benefits, Peloton membership included, was an innovative place to work, good brand power, I am proud to work for the company, employee stock purchase program should be good, but it's been losing money for years
Cons
No CEO for 6 months, lack of direction, constant fear of layoffs (actual layoffs seem never ending) tenured employees keep getting more responsibilities and no or minor pay raises, too many levels of senior managers, little career growth opportunity
