Pay and benefits, as well as the coworkers

Cons

Short staffed but say they are not, lay offs, no work balance or in depth assistance after changes, etc. Allow some people to do stuff, but not others. Some people getting cussed out back to back on calls for months, while others are relaxing on emails for months because they have special relationships with the bosses. They will also create any situation to deem you as hostile to get you removed if you do not fit into their “inclusive” box.
