Pros
When I first started at Peloton the company was very flexible. They also cared about their employees. Around October 2021, everything went downhill. We were working past scheduled times or we would come to work 6am.. 7am sometimes and they would send us home with no pay. I averaged $1600 every two weeks when I first started in December 2020. By October 2021, my take-home pay was about $400-500 per week. In November 2021 we were informed we had to be vaccinated or we would lose our positions at the job. A ton of my co-workers got the vaccine by 1/8/2022 to keep their job but by 2/15/2022, there was a mass layoff and they lost their jobs anyway. Peloton did not offer severence pay to unvaccinated workers.
Cons
Work over your shift time, May come to work and they'll send you home.
