11ySome people come to interview really nicely dressed up, then the day they start working, they come to the office in their underwear and pajamas, it's particularly special when we have clients visiting us or when we have a bank meeting. It really represents the "startup" culture in San Francisco and Amsterdam to have employees dressed up in their bedroom attire.
But we are guilty, we make everyone work 24/7/365 with no weekends off, no vacation and no sick days so these employees have no time to go home and change. We will take note of this and try to give them an hour or two break to end this drama once and for all.
We particularly enjoy working with very honest colleagues who get sick on the day they have a vacation planned to London and who don't come to work but call in sick and still make it to their flight.
