The team I've worked with is talented, driven, and collaborative, making even the most challenging projects enjoyable. The company's commitment to innovation and excellence is palpable, and it's inspiring to be part of an organization that's constantly pushing the boundaries. One of the standout aspects of working at Paycom is the comprehensive benefits package with top-notch health insurance, generous PTO and opportunities for professional growth. If you're considering a role at Paycom, be prepared to work hard and adapt quickly. But if you're up for the challenge, I promise you'll find it incredibly rewarding. The company's mission-driven culture, coupled with its commitment to excellence, makes for a truly unique and fulfilling work experience.

      Cons

      The company is on the more conservative side with work schedules and dress code, and there is no flexibility to work from home, even on occasion. While the company's policies may not offer the flexibility to work from home, the office environment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a lot of great amenities. I've found that the face-to-face interactions and collaborations with my colleagues have been invaluable in my growth and development as a professional.

      I've loved my time working at Paycom in the sales department in Michigan. We have an excellent team culture and there is a great work/life balance!

      No cons, I see myself working at Paycom for as long as I can.

      Pros

      The people, we have amazing people that inspire me every day. They are so smart and love to think creatively to solve problems and propel us into the future! The perks and our beautiful campus. We are an in-office culture so it is very nice to have all the $4 delicious lunch options, on-site fitness center and wellness programs. Our landscaping is gorgeous and just getting to give high fives and see people winning is very rewarding. I enjoy seeing all the fun ways people decorate their work space and the extras when a birthday, anniversary, baby, wedding, etc... is celebrated! Overall the pay is really good too.

      Cons

      Paycom definitely is not for everyone. We are a metrics driven organization with high expectations. We expect people to learn fast, be confident to problem solve and ask questions so ultimately we all get the desired results. Depending on where you live the commute every day can feel long. Currently the city has construction going near the entrances so that stinks but it should be great once complete.
