There are not growth and development opportunities for employees like they claim to be. Getting promoted in this place is about who you know not what you know. This company doesn't actually care about it's employees' feedback, but only how the public perceives them. The pay isn't great here either, most employees are overworked and underpaid. Our Admins make the same amount of money as Waffle House cooks. Not to mention the insistence on being in the office full time for some departments but letting others work remotely is ONE glaring example of favoritism I can find. The culture is declining at a rapid pace at Paycom. The environment is a toxic one where employees' personal problems are used against them, or not taken seriously at all. If you are desperate for a job this place will work for the time being but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a year or two. You'll get a better raise and career by switching companies.
