Pros
The training and responsibility that the company gives you is phenomenal for training and learning how to run business. Salary does not compare to other jobs, especially out of college, and can set you up for long term success that could potentially be life changing from a fiscal standpoint.
Cons
They sell it as "you'll make 6 figures year one, and year two the average rep make 200K+." Simply not true. This number does not take the ridiculous, and i mean RIDICULOUS, turnover into account. They pay so well due to the amount of hours needed to be put into this job which is fine. What is not fine is how employees are treated by management. Borderline verbal harrassment, and not just in my office, but mostly all offices nationwide. It's disgusting. They justify the high pay by treating you so poorly. Not once in all of my time being there was there any sort of HR training/performance review/etc. If you can look past all of that, go for this job.
