Pros

I worked from home full time for the last 4 years, benefits are good

Cons

PayPal as a whole is spread too thin. The former CEO purchased many businesses and tried to expand faster than what the company was able to keep up with. For over a year now they have been laying off employees that have some of the highest tenure in their roles. I used to enjoy working for them when I first started, but after the past couple of years the growing uncertainty in the company made me feel like I was constantly looking over my shoulder in regard to layoffs and changes in direction. It seems like all they care about now is their bottom line.

Pros

Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

Cons

Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
