      Company is still on full hybrid mode where employees to encouraged to return to office on weekly collaboration days but not mandated.

      Cons

      Company can just change directly suddenly, resulting in programs/projects being dropped midway - waste of effort.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
