      Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Due to offshore in India and project manager siting in U.S. You might have to be up in the night to talk to them. Thoguh this is quickly going away with the agile metrology implemented all across the org.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
