      Cons

      Company is becoming more like a bank than a tech company. Losing it's innovation and recruiting many people from old school banking companies with hard core mentality.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
