      Pros

      Great product, Company have sabbaticals every 5 years. Good (not great) benefits.

      Cons

      Bad management. Certain groups are overworked with no work-life balance. Lot of politics and some managers can get away with a lot of bad stuff as they know how to connect to the right people.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
