the compensation was not as good as it should be for the type of work done. Very Liberal and close minded way of thinking for corporate management. It's good to have diversity and I have nothing against the gay community but gay pride and meetings were emailed without consent to employees monthly. When asked if this could be blocked because of my personal belief system I was told no that's not something we do here.
