      Not many given these days, but at least we still have a sabbatical every 5 years

      Cons

      Too many to count. Lack of strategic direction, ineffective and coasting middle mgmt. never ending outages and incidents. Non stop layoffs. Bleh

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
