Pros
--People are very nice --Pays well --Good benefits --Hybrid model --Good perks in the office (beverages, snacks, lunch once a week, bagels once a week, swag) --Regular recognition for the work
Cons
--The company is going through a huge transformation and as such priorities are changing on the regular. --A lot of people are leaving the organization and a lot of new people are coming in which creates new priorities and processes...regularly. --There isn't a lot of infrastructure guidelines and for a company this size and there should be. For instance, people use both Slack and TEAMS to direct message, which means you have to keep one more thing open on your PC. --There seems to be no boundaries when it comes to life outside of work, with everyone working A LOT of hours, and most people work during PTO. --Employee brand/HR seem to want to hide the lack of work/life boundaries by offering a lot of "perks" at work, including regular events, swag, and food. Instead people would just like to be properly resourced so they can work less.
