      Large company benefits, decent work life balance in most teams

      Cons

      Management is clueless. Also pushing out all experienced employees and replacing them with low experienced ones. HR is constantly trying to push people out by putting them on a PIP and exiting without severance

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
