I recently went through what I can only describe as an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful interview process with this company. The process was drawn out over a ridiculous seven rounds. Let me reiterate – seven rounds! This excessive number of interviews demonstrated a fundamental lack of respect for my time and, frankly, a lack of organizational efficiency on their part.
Throughout the entire process, I received overwhelmingly positive feedback. HR and various interviewers consistently told me how much they were "looking forward to welcoming me to the team" and how impressed they were with my qualifications. This created a strong impression that I was a top candidate.
However, this positive feedback proved to be utterly meaningless. After the final interview round, communication ceased entirely. I sent multiple follow-up emails to the HR representative, but received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also incredibly discouraging and disrespectful.
The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The company's enthusiastic initial engagement was followed by a cold and abrupt silence, leaving me with the impression that they have no regard for candidate experience.
I would strongly advise any job seeker to proceed with extreme caution when applying to this company. The hiring process is inefficient, the communication is appalling, and the positive feedback given during the interview stages appears to be insincere. This company wasted a significant amount of my time and left me with a very negative impression. They need to seriously re-evaluate their hiring practices.
