No professionalism, would not suggest anybody with self respect to join them. They have very strong internal politics....written exam abouth the core subject.. personal interview with exisitng staff, class demo with students and faculty

Received a call from the HR personnel and an interview was scheduled the same day. The Skype interview lasted for about ten minutes. However, I received no response thereafter. On messaging the HR personnel, who had conveniently forgotten me, I was told that I had not cleared 'the interview process'.
