Thanks for sharing your experience with Patch My PC. It’s great to hear that you feel genuinely connected here and that our values resonate with you. Building an environment where everyone feels understood and supported is a priority, so I’m glad that’s been your experience.
I remember the tough points in your onboarding, and we didn’t handle that as well as we should have. While it’s not the norm, it’s still not acceptable, and we’ve made some changes as a result. Now that we’ve completed our compensation benchmarks, our next focus is creating a framework for career progression, growth, performance management, and being proactive in supporting our culture of feedback. This is a top priority for Marie’s team and the extended leadership team. Retention and career development are critical, and we’re working hard to strengthen these areas to better support the team and create clarity.
This is a big lift, and it will take some time to build out fully. We’re committed to getting it right and aligning with our values, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and grace as we work through these improvements.
