      The salary was fairly decent.

      Cons

      This place does not treat their employees with respect. They expect you to live and breathe your job. They do not believe in work life balance. You must be chained to our desk at all times... The brokers RUN this operation. It is very upside down a lot of turnover and everyone goes behind each others backs.

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow if you want to be a broker.

      Cons

      Marketing department is non existent. Everyone fends for themselves. Notice how barely any of the Marketing Coordinators last more than a year or two.
