Pros

good salary and that's about it.

Cons

My experience was incredibly bad. I was left on my own to learn the company's specifics. I was an experienced CRA working from home in Canada. I was asked to cover the entire USA and was taking between 6 - 10 planes per week to go here and there and replace people on sick leave for depression. Extremely heavy workload and no support whatsoever. Furthermore, the company did not reimburse my expenses despite me being on time to submit reports. as a result I was stuck in Pittsburg with a corporate credit card loaded (50000$US). I was not able to travel all week on my own credit so I returned home and they refused to pay for the plane ticket and my fare. In addition to that, the credit card not being paid on time resulted in bailiff at my home to have me pay the bill. I did not pay for the credit card but had to pay 6000$ fees for the bailiff... this was totally awful, disrespectful and very frustrating.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
