Pros

Good benefits from the company. Good 401K plan with fidelity. People to work with are great. Office is nice and with some nice perks. Can learn a lot about the industry and how different companies in Pharma work.

Cons

Upper management is not in line with the employees. They are about bottom line and health of the company at the expense of the employees. There is a high burnout rate and that leads to a high turnover rate. Employees are told there is a work/life balance that is promoted at the corporate level. At the employee level there is too much work to allow work/life balance. 12 hour days are quite common and weekend catch up is done often. If you only work 8 hour days you end up way behind and eventually complaints will be started about your work performance. The expectation is that you will handle all the work coming in. If you ask for help you are told there isn't anyone and to do your best. Some managers will support you others will say to suck it up and deal with it.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
