Pros
Great colleagues and challenging projects - after Parexel, you can survive anything.
Cons
The employees are not valued at all, have to do 2-3 persons work, leaving no free time and no chance to a normal private life. There is constant pressure and no support from the upper management who instead of decreasing the number of useless project managers (there are often 3-5 per study, and none of them has any idea about the project itself), decrease the number of actual workers and expect the remaining employees to work even during their vacation like good little slaves. The company values are only there for PR, do not mean anything for the management.
