Pros
Young and unexperienced people working in a rapidly changing environment. You would think that new ideas could be accepted. I don't find many pros.
Cons
Lack of process: process are not clear and are in fact burocratic. To get something done in a timely manner is hard (i.e: reimbursments or having a business card done could take a month or more). Intermediate management is not committed to their work so you are on your own to solve problems the best you can. Good luck! The moto: "Own the problem and the solution" is a lie. Be very careful about it. It is tricky. They hire unexperienced people who doesn't know a thing about the buisness. Work overload. No readjustments to the salary. Regarding carreer expectations: in internal candidates, they prioritize only those that has exactly the same profile than the required by the client: i.e: if the external candidate and you have the same profile, only this way they will choose you. Otherwise, it is impossible to change positions. Lack of planning in the long term. You will have to work extra hours to find solutions to many things that could be prevented (i.e: getting short of concomitant medications in a country and withholding recruitment due to that situation)
