Pros
Most of the every day work people are really helpful and nice. They do try to help even when they too are struggling with the overload of work being assigned. Some people really do care but are not in the position to make any changes to make things better. Working from home is an available option when needed.
Cons
The amount of work. This company is taking on more than the current staff can handle. When management is told, they blame the workers saying it is because they don't how to prioritize. Quality of work being produced is horrible. Some people try hard to make good quality but one person can not catch every single little mistake which starts adding up to bigger problems. Some people who don't make any extra effort or take advantage of their position are treated with extra perks where those who basically sacrifice their personal lives are not even thanked. Giving free fresh fruit on Mondays and Wednesdays with free bagels on Mondays is not a perk for someone who doesn't even touch it. That is not rewarding the excessive hours someone has given. The stress is extremely unbelievable and management doesn't even bat an eye. They think its normal and give the impression they are re-evaluating things. Please people can spot a liar a mile away and when they see no changes except more work and additional responsibly what is someone supposed to think? Theres no career growth. If you aren't liked, forget getting a promotion. You will never advance and are stuck being in a job where they will work you to death or you quit. Lunch breaks don't even exist.
