      Pros

      Exposure to lots of different facets of clinical research, networking opportunities, great for science lovers

      Cons

      Horrible management, no guaranteed schedule, over worked bottom employees, underpaid clinic staff, expensive insurance, horrible communication between people, catty staff, bad training, the only reason people move up in the company is because someone gets sick of the environment and leaves, then the clinic is left with (once again) someone who isn't ready for the position and is just needed to fill the gap.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
